Required Steps in the Application Process
Step 1

Give in the personal data. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to proceed with the online registration.

Step 2

Complete the personal data and press "Submit". After submitting, it will be checked by us in order to go further with the process.

Step 3

After the formal approval, you will receive an email which you must use as a checklist. Please fill in the required data carefully.

Step 4 - Learning Agreement

After you have read the checklist, select the topic "Complete Learning Agreement" in order to register the courses that you would like to follow during your exchange semester.

Business and Computer Science Students:
Please note that you are only allowed to choose two "Elective Courses". As the definitive enrollment for the Elective Courses is only possible by e-mail later you should select in your Learning-Agreement Elective Course 1 and Elective Course 2 as a replacement. After you have been accepted as an exchange student to the Fachhochschule, you will receive an e-mail where you can choose the "real" Elective Courses.

All Degree Programs:
The same occurs with the "Transdisciplinary Course". The definitive enrollment for the Transdisciplinary Courses is only possible by e-mail later, which is why you should select in your Learning-Agreement Transdisciplinary Course as a replacement. As the Transdisciplinary Course offer can change every semester, you will receive an e-mail for the permanent enrollment together with the course descriptions after you have been accepted as an exchange student to the Fachhochschule Vorarlberg.

Step 5

All the documents including the mentioned attachments (Transcripts, passport copy, photos and the Application for Accommodation) have to be printed, signed and sent to us by the deadline so that the application process can go on.
